As long as 20 years ago, Schaal Technology developed a production solution for the fully automated manufacture of stamped radiator fins. Elaborate fins can be formed in a multi-track stamping process. Thanks to the tooling technology, radiator fins are produced whose shape is optimized for ideal thermal conductivity. Til today, these systems have met the high demands of the mobility sector and will continue to do so. This is because, on the one hand, stamped radiator fins score highly in terms of their efficiency. In addition, when it comes to producing different fins, the stamping system has a clear advantage due to its flexibility.
